Jonathan Newey
Jonathan Newey is an award-winning artist with over
20 years of experience in drawing and painting.
H e specialises in wildlife portraits when using
the versatile medium of coloured
pencil and prefers to work on Daler mount board
as a coloured background. The pencils he uses are
primarily Derwent Watercolour pencils although he
has also used Caran D'Ache and Faber Castel.
He is proud to be a member and supporter of such
organisations as The David Shepherd Conservation
Foundation and Wildlifeline.

Della Nuthall
I am a self taught artist but I have always been
interested in drawing and painting. I brought my
first box of pastels back in 1988 which I also enjoy
using.
My Mother and father used to breed and showed Rough
Collies, and myself and my husband bred and showed
Boxers so at the shows I had an abundance of dogs
to paint. I started to receive commissions from
breeders and I have sold paintings as far afield
as South Africa.
I only discovered coloured Pencil in 2004 and I
haven't looked back. I am amazed at the painterly
affects and detail that can be achieved with this
medium. I use mainly Derwent and karisma and now
draw and paint full time from my home in Hampshire
in the south of England. My main subjects are animals
but I am trying different things all the time. I
am also very interested in portraits.
